How long does shipping take? 

All ceramic orders are shipped out within 1 week. Delivery times will be updated through carrier.

*Odd the Pot is not liable for lost or stolen packages and insufficient address reshipments. If a package is returned due to insufficient address, the customer will be liable for the price of reshipment. 

 

Where are you and where do you ship?

Odd the Pot is based in the U.S. We currently ship ceramic pieces domestically to all 50 U.S. states.

 

What is your refund policy?

Original pieces cannot be returned or refunded and are considered final sale. This includes all handmade ceramic goods.

 

Do you take custom orders?

We are currently not taking custom orders; however, we have hopes and plans to have these art opportunities available in the future!

 

How do I care for my Odd Pot?

Although measures have been taken to ensure the durability of this product, please note this is a handmade item and handle with care. All pieces are made from stoneware and glaze fired to 2232 degrees F, making them food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe. Handwashing is recommended for longevity.
